Ambubachi Mahayog

AmbubachiMahayog is held at the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati. It is considered to be one of the most powerful Shakti Peeths in India.

It is festival celebrated with Shakti rites with the belief that Kamakhya embodies the mother cult, the Shakti. The occasion draws lakhs of pilgrims and spiritual seekers from across India.
