This institute has two blocks of building dedicated for the Administration and practical Labs and another is for theory class rooms. There are eight well equipped kitchens, Bakery and Confectionary. A well planned restaurant with display kitchen to learn the classical style of Food and Beverage service. As well as a well planned restaurant is used for basic F & B learning. These restaurants are accompanied with well equipped bar also. The Institute can boost for its well appointed library with a stock of 10,000 new and old books which are available for reference and lending to the students. A compact House Keeping practical laboratory and a well equipped separate laundry may be the envy of the industry. The computer laboratory is well equipped for individual practice sessions.
